First impressions are everything!  We invest a lot of time and effort into making sure that we are the best we can be on a daily basis from hitting the gym to getting ready for a big life moments to working towards a promotion.  So why not do the same thing when it comes to listing a property. Depending on your needs and budget, staging can involve bringing in completely new furniture and décor, minor renovations such as fresh paint or carpets, or rearranging what’s already in your space while adding a few other small touches. Whether it’s a total makeover or just a little bit of TLC, the goal is to show off your home’s potential by helping buyers to imagine their life in your space.
Most buyers start their new home search online, so first and foremost is how your home photographs.  This is just as important as how it looks during a showing. Attractive photos will spark people’s interest and draw them to your property.  Staging plays a huge role in making your home look put together, appealing with clean sightlines.
